Use this page to select the criteria for running the Zero-Out Data process.

| Criteria | Use this field to select one of the following options:

| Selection | This field is available only if you select a criterion other than
Total Project in the
Criteria field. Click
 to display the dialog box that lists all valid options based on the selected criterion.
For example, if you select Control Account in the Criteria field, the Control Account Lookup dialog box displays, showing all control accounts used in the selected project. |
| Include all children | This option is available if you select a code with children in the
Selection field. Selecting this option instructs Cobra to run the process against the parent code and its children. For example, if you selected WBS code 1 in the
Selection field and this has child codes 1.1 and 1.2, then Cobra will run the process against codes 1, 1.1, and 1.2.
This option is enabled only for code criteria that are hierarchical in nature, such as WBS and OBS. |
